“our operational team have received information via a solicitor working with one of our service users that an online/Facebook scam is apparently going around, targeting Service Users who have been sent their Home Office questionnaire. We are advised the scam is advertising that they can get a positive decision within 1 week for a £500 fee. We will keep you posted if we receive any further information, obviously our staff will ensure this is flagged with Service Users to be mindful.”
