Recognised by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner, we are now able to deliver:
- Level One advice regarding Immigration: Asylum and Protection
- Level Two advice regarding Asylum and Protection
Specifically, our registration means we are able to deliver specific and specialised advice and guidance related to the following:
- Asylum and Protection Level 2 work
- All aspects of asylum applications and related Human Rights Act (HRA) applications
- Lodging appeals on behalf of clients and statements of additional grounds
- Family Reunion and Settlement (Protection route applications)
- Representation to UKVI
- Legal advice on asylum applications ( which includes fresh claims)
- IMMIGRATION LAW LEVEL 1 work
- Basic applications for entry clearance
- Fee waiver applications
- Lifting of No Recourse to Public Funds
At a time when the need and demand for immigration, asylum and protection advice is at an all-time high, RETAS are committed to supporting clients in need as well as the wider sector by ensuring our advice is of the highest standard. Our OISC Regulation Registration was a reactionary approach to alleviate some of the concerns of some of the most vulnerable in our community, as well as alleviating some of the pressures from our partners, colleagues and extended migration support sector.
