My name is Tobie and I work as an Inclusion coordinator for Leeds mental wellbeing service. I am doing some outreach work focusing on Mental health awareness week, physical activity and the eastern European community.
One of our Mental health support workers runs a free fitness class in Armley for women. Although this is not specifically aimed at the eastern European community, it is an area with a large Polish community and the support worker herself is from this community.
