Solace have arrange another training session on ‘Understanding Factors Impacting Wellbeing in Asylum Seekers and Refugees’.

This training is for anyone working in Leeds, West Yorkshire in the field of mental health who would like to understand more about refugees and asylum seekers and specifically how to support them better.
Registration is essential as places are limited
What you will learn:
To understand how to communicate about emotional and mental well-being
To understand how trauma symptoms may present in people
To learn techniques to work with traumatised people
The training is presented by Anthea Kilminster, Clinical Services Manager at Solace.
Anthea a psychotherapist specialising in psychoanalytically informed relational-dynamic psychotherapy that takes account of culture and the impacts of trauma.
