We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Asylum Guide Coordinator to deliver information sessions to people seeking asylum, living in contingency hotels in Leeds. The sessions will focus on improving the legal literacy of people early in their asylum journey in the UK, supporting people to understand their rights, navigate the process, and make informed choices and decisions.
With previous experience of providing information and advice to asylum seekers and of delivering training or group work, the Asylum Guide Coordinator will work independently, with support from the Director and the Senior Caseworker, developing and delivering advice sessions.
Salary: £22,880 per annum (£28,600 FTE)
Hours: 28 per week
