British Future and Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network invite you to a half-day workshop on:
Winning the argument to keep families together, 2.00 – 4.30pm, 1st May 2019, Leeds venue.
The workshop is for campaigners, advocates and any civil society groups communicating publicly on family migration, refugee family reunion and integration for families arriving in the UK. We will share new research and advice on:
· Effective campaign strategies
· Effective messaging
· New persuadable audiences for campaigners to target
We will also work together to put the new research into practice, developing new campaign tactics and communications and discussing questions and challenges.
Attendees will receive a print summary of a new private report, Winning the argument to keep families together:Understanding public attitudes, messaging and strategy for campaigns on family migration, refugee family reunion and integration, plus a pdf copy of the full research on USB.

We hope that this event will be an opportunity to connect smaller local organisations with wider national campaigns.
