What is impact management?
Impact management is about using the information and data that we collect to improve our programmes and services. It helps us to know what is or isn’t working and what to do about it.
To do this well we need to plan how to bring about the change we want to make. We then need to collect the right data and have a culture where everyone in our organisation is committed to learning and continuously improving what they do.
