Leeds Community Foundation are delighted to partner with Leeds City Council on this important funding programme for the benefit of community organisations to support the arrival and hosting of Ukrainian and other refugees in the city of Leeds. The Leeds Together For Ukraine appeal was launched in response to the humanitarian crisis and aims to provide support to Ukrainian refugees as they build their lives in the UK. In addition, through this funding we would like to maximise opportunities for newly arrived Ukrainian and other refugees to engage and connect with the diverse range of residents living in Leeds.
The programme is aimed at any existing Community Organisations or group that can show:
- They have the right knowledge, experience and skills to deliver programmes or activities to support and integrate new refugees.
- A clearly planned and evidence-based approach to justify their support activity and interventions

All applicants will complete and submit a short Expression of interest (EOI) form before the EOI deadline date of 12th September 2022. We expect to be able to fund no more than 10 applications in total.
