Meeting theme: Review and Refresh of LMP priorities
The next LMP strategy group meeting will focus on a review and refresh of the LMP priorities. Currently, the information on the blog relates to the priorities established for 2019 – 2021. It’s been some time since these were reviewed, however there has been considerable pressure on services supporting communities through the C-19 pandemic, the cost-of-living crisis and significant immigration policy changes. It now seems like the right time to reflect as a partnership on the priorities and agree our joint working approach.
In advance of the meeting, please do take opportunity to have a look at the LMP priorities and give some pre-consideration to support this meeting. It’s important to note:
- The priorities reflect what LMP partners have time to act on and therefore does not covering everything.
- The priorities are identified by LMP partners who often lead or support priorities that their organisation already works on. This eases the need for additional capacity, and enables a joined up partnership working approach.
The TOR for the Information, Operations and Strategy group are also on the LMP blog if you wish to refer to these for refence, these will be reviewed as a partnership in due course.
