Leeds Housing Options and Private Rented Service – info from LMP Operations Meeting, June 23

Leeds City Council – Leeds Housing Options and Private Rented Service attended the LMP Ops meeting on 5th June 2023 at the One Community Centre. The purpose of the session was to share key information about both services with the migrant third sector to improve communities knowledge and confidence to access support.

Private Rented Service help for private rented tenants this team can help with problems with landlords, help getting repairs made, ensuring homes are safe and free advice about evictions and harassment. Concerns regarding accommodation standards for people seeking asylum living in dispersed accommodation in Leeds can also be raised with this team.
