The Refugee Council has produced some new guidance for front line workers working with homeless refugees.
It is aimed at any person supporting a refugee to make a homelessness application to a local authority under Part VII of the Housing Act. It has a particular focus on the needs and entitlements of newly recognised adult refugees who have a priority need for accommodation due to their health.
