We just found out about the Aylum Team Duty number: which apparently operates between 08:30 and 10:45 on weekdays: 0113 341 1955
This number came from an unnamed HO employee, after we’d raised concerns that the General line for reporting “0113 3865985 (only staffed between 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00)” never seemed to get answered
