At Sophie Hayes Foundation we offer an Employability Programme that helps women survivors of human trafficking and modern slavery to develop essential life skills that will help with confidence building, and essential skills development for future education and employment.

Essential Criteria

  • Female survivor of modern slavery
  • Age 18+ no upper limit
  • Medium verbal & written English comprehension
  • Must be mentally ready to think about the future and can cope with group workshops and one-to-one coaching
  • We do not accept self-referrals   
  • Able to take video calls in a private/safe space​
  • Children must be off camera

Non-essential

  • National Referral Mechanism (NRM) process
  • Conclusive Grounds Decision
  • Right to work
