Local migration data dashboards – Migration Yorkshire demonstrations 1st & 2nd March 2022

Over the last year we have listened to people who use information about migration patterns from across Yorkshire and Humber to understand what migration related data they are interested in, how they might use it and how they would like to access this.

Following this consultation, we have committed to using new technology to produce easy to use, visually engaging and regular data outputs – incorporating open data about different migrant groups and making it available for a wide range of audiences.

As part of this first phase we will be releasing four new local migration data dashboards and providing a series of demonstrations to support people to use the dashboards:  – you can sign up for these via Eventbrite. :

  • Refugees arriving through a government resettlement scheme: 1st March 2022, 11-12
  • Children who arrived here unaccompanied and are seeking asylum: 1st March 2022, 3-4
  • People who are seeking asylum: 2nd March 2022, 11-12
  • Applications and outcomes in relation to the European Union Settlement Scheme [EUSS]: 2nd March 2022, 3-4

You are advised to attend the session for the migrant group you are more interested in, however, if you can’t make this you can attend any of the sessions to learn how to use the new data dashboards.
