The new Aspen card will be dispatched out to service users from 10th May, ready for funds to be switched over and cards to be used for the first time on Monday 24th May 2021.

– An information pack for key stakeholders –– this provides detail on ASP timelines and impacts on service users (document not to be shared with service users).
– Poster and Leaflet –– these are currently in the process of being displayed and distributed within key service users accommodation sites (IA, DA, hotels and MoD) to raise awareness of the upcoming transition.
In the ASP information pack that there are several messages that the Home Office would like us to be aware of.
The Home Office are currently working on a second communication to stakeholders that will include an FAQ document as well as a copy of the further comms that service users will be receiving which will be circulated when ready
