Small Grants Fund: Improving Roma Community Health and Wellbeing: Deadline 26th April 2024

Forum Central in partnership with Leeds City Council is distributing a small grants fund of £12,000 with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing of Roma Community, through developing trusted relationships.

Applications close Friday 26 April 2024 at 12pm (noon/midday).

Grants will be allocated to local organisations, grassroots groups and individuals already working within or with the Roma community, to support the recommendations of the Roma Mental Health Needs Assessment (pdf). We are keen to make sure the learning from this assessment leads to action. The HNA is currently being translated.

Applicants must be:

  • Individuals, grassroots groups or local organisations working in or with the Roma Community.
  • At least 18 years old
  • Based in Leeds
  • Able to demonstrate how the project addresses at least one of the specified aims.
