There are some partnership intelligence portal (PIP) awareness events coming up in the next week.
The PIP system is vital in developing our understanding of the communities we serve, if you can spare some time please register for one of the events.
Which partners can sign up for a PIP account?
Any partners who are able to gather intelligence that is useful to West Yorkshire Police can sign up for an account. They do not need to be based in the county, as long as any information they supply is about crime and anti-social behaviour within West Yorkshire.
Partners can come from a multitude of backgrounds – we currently have partners from:
- Education
- Health
- Local Authority
- Housing Providers (Public and Private)
- Homelessness Support
- Fire and Ambulance Services
- Religious Organisations
- Support Services for Vulnerable Victims
- Offender Services
- Political
- Charitable Organisations
- Security/Crime Prevention
- Social Care
- Substance Misuse Support
- Transport
- Utilities
- Corporate Businesses
