In light of the NHS cuts and immigration checks in hospitals, the need for empowering ourselves to take charge of our health is needed more than ever. The hope of this gathering is to bring together all the skills and knowledge we have in our communities around healthcare & healing so we can support each other & become a more resilient city. One of the aims is to put herbal medicine and health in the context of social change.

Workshops can be as varied as you like – traditional healing/herbal remedies/making your own ointments/oils etc to discussions on barriers to health care and how communities informally care/treat each other.
