Leeds Hardship Fund – a review of 2023/24

Leeds Refugee Forum have been coordinating the Hardship Fund for many years, making cash payments to asylum seekers with no income and no right to work. 

Here’s their stats for 2023/24 – which shows they distributed the largest amount of money ever, to people in need. 

Thank you to everyone who fundraises for, and/or adminsters this pot – in particular Lesley and the good folks at RefuJazz who raised £2000 in March 24.
