Leeds City Council Resettlement Team and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board invite you to apply for funding to deliver projects that will positively engage with young migrant people around their health and wellbeing.
Grants of £500 to £4000 are available for grassroots organisations with an income of below £30,000.
The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday 12 July 2024
