The free sessions are designed to show groups in Yorkshire & Humberside how the House of Commons and House of Lords work, ways to influence decisions made in UK Parliament, get their voices heard and campaign for change.
The workshops are hosted by Rachael Dodgson the outreach officer for the North West, Yorkshire & Humberside and can be tailored to suit the individual needs of each group.
They can be online or in person and are politically neutral.
