Could your group or org host a play exploring migration, for a family audience?

Leeds-based Theatre Company Blah Blah Blah is delighted to present its new play The Vultures’ Song. For children aged 9+ and their families/carers, the play explores migration, change and community across cultures and generations.

The Vultures’ Song draws on the events surrounding the Partition of India in 1947. It’s a story of loss, survival and reconciliation, highlighting children’s coping mechanisms in response to challenging or traumatic experiences.

We are seeking community partners interested in hosting subsidised performances in Autumn 2018. We’re ideally looking for groups interested in hosting a performance within their own space, or a space they have access to. The group could invite just their group members to the performance, also invite friends and family, or sell tickets to the public. The venue could be a large meeting room, classroom or hall. No staging, wings or technical equipment are required, we just need a performance space of minimum 4m wide x 4m deep x 3.5m high
