Update on Migrant Help telephone line – January 2020

The Home Office have issued an update (full text below)

In summary, their two key points are  

  • The Migrant Help telephone is now compliant – with calls being answered within a minute
  • If you’ve been sidestepping the Helpline and going to Mears directly to sort out repairs, please stop.
