We’re delighted to announce that PAFRAS’s Young Migrants Matter project has been granted continuation funding until October 2023 from the amazing Paul Hamlyn Foundation
YMM launched in October 2018 as a partnership with The Children’s Society for 16-24 year olds with an insecure immigration status living in Leeds. The project will now be run *entirely* by PAFRAS offering young migrants holistic casework, regulated immigration advice and emotional and wellbeing support. YMM will also continue to raise the voice of young migrants who are destitute or at risk of destitution, to influence decision makers both locally and nationally and help to make Leeds a more compassionate and caring city.
