In complete violation of our own editorial code (it’s not Leeds specific), we present the first edition of Refugee Action’s Good Practice newsletter.

We’re posting it in the hope that you will subscribe, so we no longer have to rip off the content and break our own rules.

New – Good Practice Website
We’ve launched a new website. It builds on the work of the Coronavirus Asylum Handbook, to help you adapt to the Covid-19 crisis.

So far, the website includes ideas and guidance for organisations making Destitution Payments. It also includes Information and Data Hub bulletins.

Get involved – Service Delivery Research
Alongside our digital partners, SIDE Labs, we’re working with a small group of partner organisations to build on, adapt and further rethink service redesign. We’ll explore how to integrate remote delivery with transitioning back to some face to face.
