Wellbeing group for asylum seekers and refugees at Mill Hill Chapel every Thursday from 1-2pm

via Rose from HARP/Refugee Council

What? HARP and Solace have joined together to run a wellbeing group for asylum seekers and refugees.

At the group attendees will have opportunities to do the following
• Discuss ways to cope with difficult days
• Relaxation,
• Make friends and talk to other asylum seekers and refugees with similar experiences
• Learn English for health

At the moment there are plenty of spaces so people can just turn up and register on the day.

We have volunteer Interpreters present and if they stay on for the Mill hill drop in which runs from 2.30-4.30pm they can get their bus fares paid.

HARP is also offering health advocacy at Mill Hill drop in and can accompany people to medical appointments if required.

When? every Thursday from 1-2pm.

Where? at Mill Hill Chapel, City Square
