Project Manager – Transitions
Location: Kirklees and Calderdale (with office base in Bradford)

The Transitions project will support asylum seekers, refused asylum seekers and newly granted refugees through a mixture of advice, advocacy and casework as well as through volunteer-led buddying and evidence-gathering and the provision of therapeutic services.
In this key role you will oversee the set up of Transitions in Kirklees and Calderdale, provide ongoing project management to our partners and lead on delivery of move-on support to new refugees and evidence gathering for people considering fresh claims or appeals.
