Tales of a City Tours are recruiting volunteers!
For those who don’t know, Tales of a City Tours offers a unique perspective on the city of Leeds, through cultural walking tours that are designed and led by refugees. We aim to promote cross-cultural exchange by creating a space for different cultural groups to connect and learn from each other, with a focus on improving society’s understanding of refugees and their individual experiences.
We are excited to say we will be launching our tours in Leeds soon and we could do with growing our support network, so we can progress at a quicker pace. It would be really helpful if you could share the below volunteer roles with your network and/or service users.

We plan to hold a Volunteers Meeting for anyone interested in joining the project on: Monday 20th August, 6pm
Please note…we are also looking to build a steering group of supportive individuals who might then want to join our board. Please do get in touch if you are interested in supporting us in this way!
