Yorkshire International Recruitment Hub is seeking views and suggestions on how to strengthen support for migrant healthcare workers in our region.
The purpose of the survey is:
- to identify areas of need within the sector,
- to identify existing training/support resources,
- to plan a response bringing these together,
- and potentially to commission new training/support resources to fill the gaps.
Yorkshire International Recruitment Hub wants to support partners in the VCSE/3rd Sector who are involved in working with migrant communities across the Yorkshire & Humber area, with a focus on sponsored workers in the care sector as an under-supported and overlooked group.
The survey is live until Friday 4th April and they would like to hear from a variety of different organisations who are currently providing support to workers on Health and Social care visas.
