As a specialist counselling service, Solace is committed to promoting the mental health and wellbeing of all the refugees and asylum seekers that it serves.
We carry out this aim through counselling, advocacy, groups and complementary therapies and our work depends heavily on the expertise of interpreters.
We have a strategic aim to be a good place to work and volunteer and this commitment extends to those who work alongside us as we deliver our services. Interpreters are self-employed and are free to accept or decline work when we offer it.
We are currently looking for interpreters who speak Krio (Sierra Leone), Neur (South Sudan), Oromo, Somali, Spanish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.
For more information and to apply, please click here. There is no deadline for an application to be submitted. Interpreters can apply anytime.
