Leeds has a fair number of projects trying to assist refugees to build the skills and confidence to find work in the UK.
Aside from the many many orgs offering volunteering opportunities to refugees, RETAS and Connecting Opportunities (and many others) are trying to offer a hand up into employment. Even Business in the Community see the need (they’re hosting a conference about employing refugees in March 2019)
