The rules around DBS checks for volunteers can be confusing.
To help you decide if a role requires one or not, the Government, on gov.uk website has a tool available that asks you a list of questions about the role. After answering these questions the tool then says whether this role requires a DBS check or not. You can go to this tool by clicking here.
