Register your Great Get Together event, and get more people attending

I know that across Leeds many communities are planning Great Get Together events over the next few days.  I am aware of at least 50.  At the moment only three Leeds events are registered on the Great Get Together website.

I would like the range of activities taking place in Leeds to be reflected on the website and for people searching the site for events near them to find something.  So can I ask colleagues who are aware of events to encourage organisers to register their events or to register details for them.

• Click on ‘Find a Get Together’ at the bottom of the home page.
• Click ‘List Your Get Together’
• Select ‘The Great Get Together’ out of the three options given
• Click ‘Create New Event’
• Then click ‘Edit event’
• This takes you through to Eventbrite. Here you can either log in, or sign up to eventbrite.
• Insert the details of your event.
• Once done, click ‘Make your event live’ at the bottom of the page.
