Refugee Week Event: Celebration of Language and Interpreting with International Open Mic

This is an event hosted by Manuel Bravo Project to celebrate language and to promote interpreting. We will also take the opportunity to discuss with any organisations present the possibility of launching a Volunteer Interpreter Sharing Scheme in Leeds.
All are welcome, but representatives of organisations who might use interpreters are particularly encouraged, as are people interested in finding out more about volunteer interpreting.

Free immigration advice and signposting from a qualified caseworker
The event is followed by a showing of The Other Side of Hope at Hyde Park Picture House at 7pm. The screening is hosted by Simpson Millar solicitors and proceeds will go to Manuel Bravo Project and Amnesty International.
