The Refugee Council are delivering a freephone Infoline across England. The Refugee Council’s Infoline aims to connect refugees and people seeking asylum with organisations who can help. This is a short term project to support people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our Infoline launched on the 1st October 2020 in response to the needs of refugees and people seeking asylum as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, subsequent Government lockdown and changes in service provision.
We offer information and signposting that is relevant to the needs of those seeking asylum and refugees. We can help people to make contact with organisations and support by making referrals internally and externally. We do not provide advice or guidance. If you need advice and guidance, we will try to help you find a service that can help.
Our infoline number is 0808 196 7272.
Please note that Migrant Help are the primary source of advice for people requiring help with their asylum claim and asylum support and can be contacted on 0808 8010 503.
If you have any further questions about the Infoline please do look at our website and our FAQs https://www.refugeecouncil.org.uk/infoline-frequently-asked-questions/ or email our Infoline National Project Manager, Pippa Brown [email protected]
