Job: Drop-in and Volunteer Coordinator – 28 hrs/wk, £25k, PAFRAS, Deadline 5th June 2021

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed person to coordinate the PAFRAS drop-in, including managing and coordinating a team of volunteers.

Previously our volunteer coordination has been outsourced and we are delighted to be bringing it in-house and establishing this new role within PAFRAS.

The weekly PAFRAS drop-in is co-delivered by a range of health and advice services, offering a trusted, welcoming and safe space that is well known and valued amongst the asylum-seeking community across Leeds.  The drop-in is delivered at St Aidan’s Church in Harehills, near to where many of our service users live.

This role covers two key areas of work for PAFRAS. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, coordinating and supporting a team of volunteers for the drop-in and other areas of service delivery and you will lead on coordinating the delivery of the drop-in, including food distribution.
