According to leeds.gov.uk “Following the Prime Minister’s statement on 31 October, West Yorkshire will not be entering Tier 3 restrictions on Monday 2 November.“
Instead, people in Leeds must continue to observe the current local restrictions that have been in place since 14th October – until one minute past midnight on Thursday 5th November, when
the whole country is going into lockdown.
