Sessions will be delivered by a professional Indian dance facilitator, Minoti Parikh. They will learn ‘Bharatanatyam’, a dance form that enhances fitness, balance, and mental well-being.

The project aims to make physical activity accessible and enjoyable, so it is a beginner friendly group, delivered in a safe and supportive environment.

Sessions start on Friday 2nd May 2025, 10.30am-12.30pm in the LS9 area.

For more information or to register someone for the sessions, contact 0113 276 2851 and ask for Emily.
