Mears Satisfaction Surveys for service users

Mears have created surveys for service users living in initial accommodation or in dispersed accommodation.

Mears are interested to hear views on the service Mears provide and are inviting service users to fill in a survey form. Mears have been working with the Home Office and the other providers to define a survey questionnaire. The surveys ask 30 questions of service users to find out what they think of

  • Mears staff and the service delivered
  • The property they are are living in
  • Other questions about experiences when raising maintenance issues.

There will be requests to fill in a survey form at regular intervals as asylum claims progress.

Here’s a link to the surveys  – there are 30 questions in total

The surveys are available in the following languages; Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, Mandarin Chinese, Farsi, Kurdish Sorani, Pashto, Punjabi, Tigrinya, Urdu.

[Editorial note: it is not 100% clear how people who complete these forms can find out what other people said – or if the findings will be shared more widely. When we find out, we’ll tell you]
