“Due to overwhelming demand, we are suspending referrals for fresh claim cases. We will not be able to take on any new fresh claim cases for the time being, and we do not have any further fresh claim surgeries scheduled for the time being. We will advise when the situation changes.
May I just reassure you that the cases we took on in our last fresh claim surgery are still pending with us. As we have advised these clients, they will be allocated as soon as we have capacity.
May I also reassure you that we are continuing to take on appeal cases, so please continue to refer those.”
