LUNG Theatre and Leeds Playhouse: Open space discussion 28th September 11:00-12:30

via Matt from LUNG Theatre

“LUNG are working with Leeds Playhouse on creating a new project that sits within the Theatre of Sanctuary programme and the new work produced at the Playhouse. Basically we want to create something that compliments and builds on the amazing activity that already exists for refugee & asylum seekers in Leeds. We are currently in finding out what that could be.

With the support of Leeds Playhouse me and my colleague Helen are making our way around Leeds from Tuesday the 18th-Sunday the 29th of September and would love to speak with groups working with refugees and asylum seekers in Leeds. Basically we’d love to tell you more about the project and get your input.

What? Myself, Helen and Ruth Hannant (Head of Creative Engagement at Leeds Playhouse) would love you to attend an informal session about the project, what it could be and how it could best serve communities in Leeds

Where? First Floor at Leeds Playhouse (St Peter’s Building, 6 St Peter’s Street, Leeds, LS9 8AH)

When? Friday 28th September at 11am-12:30.

We would love your input. If any refugee & asylum seekers who engage with your service would like to attend, please let me know and we can look into booking a group taxi. Light refreshments will be provided.  [email protected]
