At each Strategy Meeting, progress against these priorities is reported. We decided what LMP members would do under each of these headings by
- reflecting on where we felt there were gaps,
- what members had capacity to do, and
- where we felt we could add value.
This means there’s loads and loads of things missing from each of the priorities: with more capacity, we could take on a lot more. Also, these priorities were agreed pre-Covid, so we’re doing our best in the current circumstances.
That said – we reckon the next LMP meeting on 12th January 2021 might be a good chance for us to take stock on where we’re at, and for people to give feedback, make comments, offer help or suggestions, or to volunteer some of their time to take on new things.
