The Board of Trustees is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to support and develop the work of BEACON, following our recent strategic review. The organisation was established 12 years ago to support asylum seekers through its four projects: CHAT Conversation Club, CHAT Phoenix House, McKenzie Friends and Hosting.
The Team Leader will have overall responsibility for all areas of work and will report to the Board of Trustees. In order to sustain and develop BEACON, the Team Leader will support and manage the staff team, secure funding, build the supporter base, work with Trustees, and promote the work of BEACON

Hours | 21 hours per week |
Salary | £23, 398 (pro rata) [NJC Pay Scale 6 Spinal Column 26] + 3% pension contribution |
Contract | This post is for 1 year with the expectation of continuation, dependant on funding. |
