Mafwa Theatre are seeking a new Green Engagement Lead to run Lincoln Greeners, our weekly gardening group in Leeds. We’re looking for a warm, energetic candidate with strong horticultural skills and a passion for community engagement.
The role will involve balancing hands-on gardening with administrative tasks such as planning, organising, and evaluating the project’s impact. The ideal candidate will be confident in running community groups and managing an important neighbourhood resource that supports wellbeing, social connections, and environmental sustainability.
- Salary: £31,000 pro rata (£24,800 actual)
- Hours: 30 hours (4 days/week)
- Contract: Fixed-term until December 2027 (with potential to extend)
- Start Date: 24th February 2024
