The purpose of the project is to provide bespoke training and interactive opportunities in order to equip people for more meaningful intercultural engagement in local communities, workplaces and cities. What is also unique about the project is the partnership between the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Leeds Trinity University (Knowledge Exchange) and CODESA (Community Development Services Alliance). The ILM is providing accreditation of courses, with CODESA delivering the training and Leeds Trinity University ensuring quality control. The training will be delivered during two separate weekends; Fridays (evenings) and Saturdays, together with home study assignments.

The project aims to to encourage those in leadership or aspiring to leadership roles in the community, business, or workplace to attend. They would benefit from a greater understanding of how Interculturalism can bring transformational change to their communities, workplaces and businesses.

A buffet meal will be provided so please let us know in order to estimate numbers. Please respond to the email address ([email protected]), to confirm attendance at the Launch Event
