Hearts and Hopes is an intercultural child voice project which connects children in England with children seeking sanctuary around the world.
Children of Leeds express their care and messages of welcome for children seeking refuge and living in Europe’s largest unofficial refugee camp in Calais. Children in Calais will be invited to partake in similar creative workshops over the next 5 days and some of their work will be brought back to give to children in Leeds.
A follow up film and exhibition will launched in Leeds the Autumn.
