Govt Funding: for counter-extremism and combating hate crime

Building a Stronger Britain Together programme: the new Counter Extremism ‘Building a Stronger Britain Together programme’ fund was launched on Friday.  Groups can bid for in kind support (up to £75,000) and grant funding (up to £50,000). Hate Crime Community Projects: a new fund has been launched to develop a range of pilot projects to tackle hate crime. Projects must support the delivery of the five key aims of the Uk Government’s plan for tackling hate crime: preventing hate crime, responding to hate crime in our communities, increasing the reporting of hate crime, improving support for the victims of hate crime and building our understanding of hare crime.  Applications for funding close on 14 October 2016, you can find more information here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/preventing-hate-crime-funding-for-community-projects or e-mail [email protected]
