A FREE One-Day Workshop provided by WRKWLL (funded by The Refugee Council as part of their Lived Experience Career Progression Project) for anyone with lived experience of the refugee protection system.
We know from extensive research that the challenge of navigating organizational cultures in the UK is one of the key barriers to career progression for people with lived experience of the refugee protection system.
This interactive one-day workshop will help you to:
· Better understand UK organizational culture
· Center this within understanding of bias and systemic oppression
Reflect on how this could be hindering your career progression
Go away with some practical next steps, including an opportunity for 10 participants to continue their learning journey with the support of an expert mentor
The session will be co-facilitated by sector experts Reem & Emily.
