FREE Data equipped Digital Tablets for Men in Leeds – from Barca-Leeds

Men’s Health Unlocked, a new city-wide network funded by The National Lottery Community Fund to tackle men’s health inequalities, delivered in partnership by Forum Central, Feel Good Factor, Touchstone and Barca-Leeds.

More details about the whole project can be found here, but at Barca-Leeds we will be co-ordinating ‘Unlock Online’; an initiative that will provide 100 FREE data equipped tablets to 100 socially isolated and digitally excluded men across the city.

Through the provision of free tablets and 3 months of free data, we hope to connect men with other people and services and unlock the digital barriers that many face. Men will also able to access vital online connections such as men’s clubs, or services covering a wide range of areas including mental health services, addiction services, benefits and financial inclusion.

As an organisation working in the city’s diverse voluntary and community sector, we would love for you to get involved and for us to help support you deliver your services to the men you support through this new and innovative project.

More information on our referral criteria can be found here but in the meantime if you know of any applicable men who you support, please fill out the attached referral form and send it to [email protected]

If you have any question, please feel free to contact Ranbir Singh on 07540 796 509.
