Feedback on the translation service used by NHS in Leeds – Language Empire

Public Health are looking to hear feedback from service users of Language Empire to help shape the service and make sure it continues to meet the needs of the city.

Language Empire is the city’s interpreting and translation service, and we’d like to hear from service users about their experience of using a translator as part of their appointment with a health professional.

Please share with us any feedback you have, we’re particularly interested in hearing about:

  • What is your experience of Language Empire as part of your appointment with a GP/nurse?
  • What are your positive experiences of the service?
  • What are your negative experience of the service?
  • How has the service has helped you?
  • What is missing?
